Certified Green Professional
The owners of Cullum Homes have earned the designation Certified Green Professional (CGP). The CGP training course, developed by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), helps us assist clients who choose to integrate green building components into their home design and construction.

The five key areas are:
  • House and site design, preparation and development
  • Resource efficiency
  • Energy efficiency
  • Water efficiency
  • Indoor Air Quality
Each of these items is broken down into numerous functions that are needed to complete the building process. Excavation, foundation, framing, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, windows, appliances, light fixtures, roofing, house wraps, interior design & materials and landscaping all play an important role in building green.
